Subject: Nylon Line for Antenna Supports

Several people have commented that Nylon holds up well to ultraviolet
exposure - and it does.  But it is readily attacked by acids in the air.
If you live in an industrial or highly populated area or one subject to
acid rain, you would do better to use Dacron or other brands of polyester
ropes instead.
